Single shot and continuity programs and single and multiple SKU orders are processed through our computer systems. We generate invoices and packing slips, pull the products, pick-pack, manifest, and ship the orders to your customers — all within 24 hours.
Fragile Product Packaging
Our custom-engineered overhead loosefill, foam chip dispensing system — which utilizes blower motors — provides a fast, clean way to float your fragile product to prevent any shipping damage.
Custom Packaging
When we wrap, tie or prepare your merchandise or product according to your specifications, your customers receive their orders the way you would them shipped — perfect every time. Personalization, gift cards and ribbons are some options available.
Product Fulfillment
Order Processing
Orders are transmitted through our database system via EDI, electronic file transfer or over the Internet through a secure server. All faxed or hard copy orders are manually entered into our system by our Customer Service Department.
Shipping
Outbound shipments are processed through our multi-station, computerized manifest shipping system. All critical information — such as date shipped, carrier, number of cartons, shipping charges, and carrier tracking numbers — are sent back, automatically and in real time, to the open order in our system. In this way, the orders are updated and completed, the inventory is reduced, and the orders are closed.
Client Online Interface
In addition to transmitting orders, you are able to monitor your inventory, track your orders, and create and print your own reports, at any time. You can bring up the history of any order to answer your customers' inquiries, all from your own PCs.
Customer Returns and Undeliverables
All returns are received, verified and inspected. The information is captured and sent back to our system immediately. Undamaged merchandise is placed back into inventory. This information is then transmitted to you according to your "return-refund" procedures.
