When you need to place a special request or have a question, you will speak with a person that knows your account. If you are outsourcing off-site data protection for the first time or replacing your current vendor due to service failure, our experienced team will make your transition to Meyer seamless.

To achieve the highest level of tape handling efficiency, our trained vault librarians use a state-of-the-art tape management system (TMS) to track your inventory. Bar-coded tapes scheduled for exchange are scanned and verified for enhanced control. We can provide authorized members of your staff with a remote link for managing your off-site tape library from their workstations. All requests, such as schedule changes, and special requests, can be facilitated directly through the Web interface.

Our screened professionals perform media exchanges according to your rotation schedule and are ready to rush your backup media to your facility or designated hotsite upon request 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our vehicles have oversized heating and cooling units and a cellular link to guide them on customized dispatch routes. All media that is transported is accompanied by a work order generated by our tape management software. It displays the items involved in the transaction and is signed by both our courier and your authorized employee.
